Know any good swimming pools ?

I want to swim over the weekends but unable to find good pools in Kuwait. If any1 out there knows about any good swimming pools... pls lemme know :-) My requirement is simple.... It should be an indoor pool ( Being an Indian... I obviously don't need any tanning ! ;-) )

So, if u know any good indoor swimming pools, pls pls pls let me know :-)

The world is going bonkers !! (at least around me!)

What's happening to the world? How are the governments setting their priorities ?

Local stores and supermarkets are running out of dairy products and fresh produce coz of the recent Kuwait Airways worker's strike (link here).... BUT there's no problem with the exports related to the most important thing for the nation - OIL!! Duh !!

I fail to understand... Is Oil more important that food...... This country doesn't fail to surprise me at all !!

New Avatar !

It's so easy to get stuck in a routine and stop trying new things... So, here I am... stirring things up a little bit !

Took me 2 hours to change the look of my blog... and I'm content with how it looks now... It's quite similar to what I want this blog to be... Happy Happy Happy !!

Yoga is awesome !!

This is an overdue post... so, here it goes...
A detailed review of the yoga classes :-D

I joined yoga classes more than a month back... and have already lost 4 Kg(s)... Of course, I'm not kidding !! To start with, let me clarify which type of yoga I do... A lot of people confuse yoga with meditation. Meditation is a part of yoga, but not the only thing... Yoga has a lot of exercises too, which is what I do...

The main motive for me to join yoga classes was to lose weight... and it helps you do just that while making you healthier, as you don't really need to go on a diet ! I go to the yoga studio thrice a week, for an hour (3 hours in a week) and it costs me 20 KD for a month.

I had not exercised in a looong time, so when I started exercising, I lost the weight I had gained due to extra water retention in the body (I was really bloated !) It's sooo awesome now !! I absolutely look forward to my yoga classes !!

The yoga trainer is a good man, he really knows what he's doing. And if you end up doing some yoga pose incorrectly and pull a muscle or something, he would treat u on the spot... he has treated some really bad cases of spine and other kinds of physical injuries.... he's that good !

I have a cervical problem, and cannot do any exercises that involve bending forward.... and he explained me how to do those exercises without bending, which no one else had told me yet ! He's even treated my back ache, and I feel much better, lighter now...

I would rate these classes a perfect 10/10 !! So, if you are in Kuwait (Salmiya to be specific) and look forward to getting in shape for the summers, you know what to do ;-)
